These terms apply to purchases made through The Peri Files Evidence Locker at perifiles.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Products and availability

Most merchandise is produced on demand by a third-party fulfillment partner. Product colors, print placement, sizing, scent presentation, and other physical characteristics may vary slightly within normal manufacturing tolerances. Availability can change if a supplier temporarily runs out of a blank product or variation.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the checkout states otherwise. Payment is processed by the third-party payment method you select at checkout. We do not receive your full payment-card number. Applicable taxes, shipping, or other required charges are shown during checkout when available.

Shipping and fulfillment

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Production time, carrier delays, weather, customs, address problems, or temporary supplier availability may affect delivery. Items in the same order may arrive separately.

Order changes and cancellations

Because fulfillment can begin soon after checkout, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it is placed. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.

Returns, refunds, and order problems

Made-to-order products are generally not returnable for buyer’s remorse or customer selection errors. Damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or qualifying lost orders are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

Intellectual property

The Peri Files name, original artwork, slogans, written content, product designs, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or grant permission to reproduce or resell the design itself.

Health and informational content

Purchasing merchandise does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. Website and app-related informational content remains subject to our Disclaimer.

App access

Unless a product listing explicitly says otherwise, a merchandise purchase does not include paid app access, a subscription, or access to private app-development builds.
