Welcome to The Peri Files.

This is the starting point for anyone who has ever thought: Why am I sweating? Why am I furious? Why did my brain delete a basic noun? Why is my cycle doing improv? Why do I feel like myself, but also absolutely not myself? And why does every appointment make me forget everything I meant to say?

The Peri Files is here to help you document the chaos. Not obsess over it. Not pathologize every feeling. Not turn your life into a spreadsheet prison.

Just track enough evidence to see patterns, remember what happened, and walk into provider conversations with something stronger than “I swear I was going to tell you something important.”

Start with these files

  • Symptom Evidence: hot flashes, night sweats, mood shifts, rage, anxiety, sleep, brain fog, pain, libido, cravings, bleeding changes, and whatever fresh nonsense showed up today.
  • Patch Log: HRT patch reminders, site rotation, refill notes, timing changes, and “did I change the patch or only think about changing the patch?”
  • Cycle File: skipped periods, spotting, flooding, surprise timing, and your reproductive system’s current jazz solo.
  • Rage Ledger: overstimulation, irritability, weepiness, anxiety, boundary issues, and the moments when everyone was simply too loud.
  • Case Notes: the stuff that does not fit in a checkbox but still belongs in the file.
  • Provider Brief: weeks or months of notes turned into a clear appointment-ready summary.
  • Quiet Room: five minutes of peace, no pressure, and absolutely no one perceiving you.
  • Sticker Lab: turning peri chaos into shareable evidence labels, memes, and merch-worthy moments.

The app is in development. The blog is the public file room. The beta case file is open.
