Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 16, 2026
Welcome to The Peri Files. We believe your symptoms, notes, reminders, and hormonal chaos are your business. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
The short version: we collect only what we need, we do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your health-related information for creepy ad targeting.
1. Who we are
The Peri Files is a perimenopause-focused app and community brand currently building a waitlist for future app features, Sticker Lab updates, beta testing, and related launch news.

We do not ask for detailed medical information through the waitlist form.
When the app launches, The Peri Files may allow users to track health-adjacent information such as symptoms, reminders, cycle changes, HRT patch notes, breast health reminders, body notes, mood/rage notes, journal entries, and provider-prep notes. Before collecting app data, we will update this Privacy Policy and explain what is collected and how it is used.

The Peri Files does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace medical advice. You should contact a qualified healthcare provider with questions about symptoms, treatment, medication, screening, or medical decisions.
We will not sell health-related information.
6. Journal, notes, and private entries
Future app features may include Case Notes, Dear Diary, Rage Ledger, Body Evidence, Provider Brief, Quiet Room, and other private tracking tools.
These features are intended to be private by default. We will not publish, share, or post your private notes, journal entries, rage entries, or health-related logs without your action or permission.
If future community or sharing features are added, they will be opt-in and clearly separated from private tracking features.

Future Sticker Lab or meme-generator features may allow users to create images, stickers, captions, or shareable content.
Private health logs and private journal entries will not automatically become stickers, memes, social posts, or community posts. Users should only share content they intentionally choose to share.
